The Video Podcast

Amplifying local voices on a global stage.

Ordinary people. Extraordinary ideas. Heard clearly, on their own terms.

Unimpeded Speech is a video podcast that began inside TEDxGainesville, where I curate speakers. Before any stage, we sit down and let the idea breathe: a real conversation, not an audition.

House rules: the speaker is the hero, never the brand. No hype, no clickbait, no sanding a voice down into polish. If a sentence carries your character, it stays exactly as you said it.

1Apply to speak. An idea worth sharing is the only credential.
2Sit for a conversation. Fifteen minutes, on camera, with room to think.
3Your idea travels. To the channel, to the socials, and sometimes to the big red dot.

The Intentional Community

A heartwarming welcome home.

The world drains people. We circulate them back.

Vena Cava is an alcohol-free, eco-friendly burn community in Gainesville, Florida: fire jams, ceremony, flow arts, and a garden tended by many hands. Nothing here is for sale. It runs on love, sharing our gifts, and showing up.

The vena cava is the vein that brings blood back to the heart to receive oxygen. That is why we are here.

Our monthly Fire Jam welcomes first-timers. And if giving is your love language, meet the FAM.

The Accelerator Program

Invest in your becoming.

Six weeks. Six seats. One system for reverse engineering creative strategy into branded assets you own.

Join the next cohort · $445

Gainesville rate. A new room forms every month. Not sure yet? take a free chat first.

You already know which one is yours.

You cannot see the next move
The idea is real. The order of operations is not. Every week you work on the wrong thing first, and you know it while you are doing it.
You have never done this part
Someone in this city has already solved the exact thing costing you three months. You just do not know their name yet.
You cannot see your own blind spot
The obstacle is rarely the business model. It is usually the person running it, and that is the one thing you cannot look at alone.

All three are solvable in six weeks.

Elign is the coherence system I ran one-on-one, rebuilt for a room. Six weeks, six stages moving from who you are to what you are becoming: CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, Proprietary Assets. From CEO Systems to Proprietary Assets. We grow the operator before we grow the venture, with AI doing the heavy lifting at every step.

And then the bonus. Finish all six and the room opens one more time: What’s Next? 100+ Mentors. The FAM comes to you, curated from what your cohort asked for all season: finance, attorney, strategy, and proof, at their own tables. It is free, it is only for the people who finished, and it cannot be bought. It gates nothing and it enriches everything.

Twelve founders went through Cohort 1. Cohort 2 is in the room now, and a new room forms every month. Small enough that nobody gets lost. Big enough that nobody builds alone. You leave owning assets, not notes.

Other programs give you a curriculum and a Slack. We give you a curriculum and a county of support.

Seats are open in the next room. $445 at the Gainesville rate, $495 outside it. The door stays open at the top of this page.

Most programs hand you notes. The app is the machine that turns six weeks of work into the documents your business actually runs on. It is your program journal while you are in it, and on the last week it hands you four finished assets: your Business Plan, your Client Proposal, your Pitch Deck, and the SOPs that let someone else run what you built.

Those four come out of the work, not out of a template. Everything below is what you built to produce them.

Free Resource Bank
Human, local, and tech. Everything within reach that you were not leveraging: the pro, the tool, the place, the grants. Most founders are richer than they think and have never made the list.
Weekday Calendar
Not a productivity system. The shape of a day you would actually repeat, built around when you are best rather than when the calendar is empty.
Personal Tech Systems
The admin work, delegated and automated. This is the part I did at my family’s practice, and it is the part that gives you time with family.
AI Project Management
Not prompts you copy. A working setup where AI does the heavy lifting on your specific business, and you stay the one in charge.
Business Model
Lifestyle or scalable, chosen on purpose rather than inherited from whoever you last read. Differentiated, defensible, and sized to the life you actually want.
Brand Assets
Digital and physical. The voice, the name, the look, and the things you can hand someone. Your outer presence finally matching your inner one.
“After going through the weekday calendar with Eli, I definitely am feeling like I’m able to maximize my time and days throughout the week in a way that feels digestible, and takes away the difficulty I’ve been having trying to organize all of my to-dos.”
Chelsea Cato

Ten artifacts in six weeks. You do not leave with a certificate. You leave with the whole company.

See all ten priced, line by line →

Before Elign there were rooms. I interviewed 158 speakers to curate the TEDx lineup, produced 125 events in three years, and grew a give-first network of 100+ mentors with the City of Gainesville.

And before the rooms, the work itself. At my family’s therapy practice I rebuilt medical billing from over ten hours a week to about three, then wrote the SOPs so a $15/hour hire could run it without me, buying back 40+ hours a month for $195.

That last one is the whole method. Find the hours somebody is losing, build the system that earns them back, hand it off so it runs without you. Your business, optimized in six weeks.

Three doors. One system.

Founder, Accelerator, Mastermind (FAM). Three letters, which spell the local mentor network. Each stands alone at $495.

Alignment is what happens inside each room. Coherence is what happens when all three start agreeing. What you build in the room gets pressure-tested by someone who has already built it, and the two of us make sense of what came back, twice a month, until the whole thing points the same direction.

Coherence
$1,235 to begin, then $790 a month
All three doors in one: the six-week Accelerator once at the Gainesville rate of $445, then Founder and Mastermind together at $790 a month instead of $990. The $200 stays yours every month, for as long as you hold all three. The full loop: build, pressure-test, make sense of it, repeat.
Take all three · $1,235

Not in Gainesville? Begin at $1,285, fifty dollars more, everything else the same.

Every line priced: read the honest math.

Or start with the one you need most.

Guest Pass
$90 · one session, any session
Anyone in the room can bring anyone. Pick the session that answers the thing your friend keeps circling and send them the pass: two hours in the room, one with the peer group, and they keep what they build that night. Six sessions bought one at a time is $540, which is why most people take all six at once. The Elign app opens when you join the program.
Send a Guest Pass · $90

Came as a guest and want the rest? Write to ask@elignewman.com and your $90 comes off the program.

Accelerator
$445 once · six weeks
Two hours a week in a room of six, moving through the full program: the Elign app to take notes during sessions, and the peer group to support one another. Finish all six and the bonus opens: What’s Next? 100+ Mentors, the FAM in the room, curated to your cohort, in person. A new room forms every month.
Join the Accelerator · $445

Not in Gainesville? $495.

Mastermind
$495 a month
Someone who has been there before. Three one-hour sessions a month with a curated local expert who solved your exact problem before you had it, plus one 90-minute session with me to make sense of what came back.
Meet the Mastermind
Founder
$495 a month
Founder to founder. Two 90-minute sessions a month, one to one. Deep enough to open the real thing and decide the next move. Q&AI support from Eli and his team. Two people a month, because I treat you like family: your business is my business.
Book the Founder

The app comes with the Accelerator and every monthly offer, and is $19 a month on its own through the end of 2026. It goes to $49 a month in January.

Prices above are the Gainesville rate. Outside Gainesville the Accelerator is $495 and Coherence begins at $1,285. Locals: code GNV100 also takes $100 off your first month of Founder or Mastermind.

Two more doors, for two different people. Momentum is the lighter monthly one, open to everyone, $415. The Six brings a private room of six to your agenda, $2,970 for the room.

The Mentor Mastermind

Give first.

Students never pay. Founders are the reason.

FAM is the Founder Accelerator Mastermind: a give-first network more than a hundred strong, in Gainesville. Built with leaders across the city, to make this the best place in the country to start and grow a business.

For students, FAM is free. At UF, at Santa Fe, and in schools through AI 4 Kids, a student never pays to sit with someone who has already done the thing. Founders are what makes that possible.

Paid work releases donated hours. It never buys them. Every hour a founder buys releases an hour given to a student founder, and the count is kept.

The match is the product, not the hour. You are put in front of someone who lived through your exact problem, not a category near it. That is the part a national program cannot copy, because it requires a county rather than a directory.

“Conversations there unlocked the last doors I needed to get my plants shipping nationwide instead of just at local farmers markets. I point any entrepreneurs I know his direction.”
James McDaniel · Founder, Etoniah Ecologies

For founders, the Mastermind is three one-to-one hours with a mentor matched to the exact challenge you are facing, in your own city, plus ninety minutes with Eli to make sense of what comes back. Our aim is to have their professional services offered half off for local founders.

Gainesville locals, email ask@elignewman.com. Say you are local and I will send you the local rate.

You are not paying for an hour of advice. You are paying for the right person to be in it.

“It was really a walk the walk moment, where the facilitators not only shared the important aspects of being a founder, but actually displayed it and modeled it, not just with content but with process.”
Manda Wittebort

The name is not an accident. Founder, Accelerator, Mastermind: three doors, and all three together is Coherence. See how they price.

Want to give an hour? Want to receive one? Both doors are open.

The Student Founders

AI 4 Kids.

The youngest builders deserve the newest tools.

AI 4 Kids teaches children to wield AI the way they wield crayons: as a tool for making dreams happen, not a machine that does their homework. Curiosity first, ethics second, always hands-on.

This program is early and growing a community. If you are a parent, a teacher, or a school that wants AI literacy taught with care, I want to hear from you before anyone else.

Raise a hand

Parents, teachers, schools, partners. Tell me who you are and you’ll hear first as classes open.

Got it. You’re early, which is exactly the point. The other kids’ door is open too: come play.

Curious where this is headed? Come talk to me, free.

The Heirloom Documentary

Hear their stories forever.

Presence, preserved in light, laughter, and the wisdom of their advice.

Legacy Love Letters films cinema-quality interviews with your elder loved ones: their stories, their laughter, the advice only they can give. Multi-camera, professionally lit, gently guided, and finished within weeks.

One relaxed afternoon becomes an heirloom your family keeps forever. Ten percent of every session goes to a charity of your loved one’s choice. Serving North Central Florida.

The Partner Flow

Play safely together.

For Alachua County Public Schools.

Afterschool Acroyoga brings partner movement, meditation, and breathwork to students of every age and level. Kids build strength, flexibility, trust, and body awareness through poses and games that meet them where they are.

I started teaching acroyoga in 2016 at music festivals across the country. Our style is simple. We slow down, speak softly, and have fun.

The Good Goods

Good Goods.

Practical things for everyday use.

Every good here exists because we craft it in small batches: made with care, used every day, and shared because people kept asking where to get one.

Noted. When it is ready, you will hear from us. Ready for ceremony sooner? Vena Cava keeps the fire going.

You are in

Welcome to Coherence.

Everything is already yours. Here is how each piece begins.

Your receipt is in your inbox, itemized. Nothing else to buy, nothing else to sign up for. Bookmark this page: it is where the details live for as long as you are with us.

1 · The room
Accelerator · six weeks · weekends, 12 to 5
Two hours a week, six people maximum. We move through CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, and Proprietary Assets. Finish all six and the bonus opens: What’s Next? 100+ Mentors, the FAM in the room, curated to your cohort. I will email you the time and the link before the first session. Come as you are becoming.
2 · Your mentor
Mastermind · three expert hours + 90 minutes with me · any day, 8 to 8
This one starts with a sentence from you. Email me what you are actually facing right now, in whatever words you have, and I will match you with someone local who has already solved it. You are not paying for an hour of advice. You are paying for the right person to be in it.
Tell me what you are facing
3 · Your time with me
Founder · two 90-minute sessions a month
Book both of this month’s sessions now, while the calendar is open. Nothing to pay: this link is scheduling only, and it is already part of what you bought. If you would rather sort it in person, stay a minute after the weekly session once the others have gone.

The app

Your workspace between sessions, and Q&AI whenever something will not wait until the weekend. Free for as long as you are with us.

One thing worth knowing. Sessions live inside the month they belong to and do not roll over, because the hours are held open for you whether you use them or not. A month with nothing booked is a month you paid for and gave back. I would rather badger you than let that happen, so expect me to ask.

Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me. Billing, cancelling, and card changes all live behind the link in any billing email, no conversation required, though I would always rather have the conversation.

Six weeks from now you will own assets instead of notes. Let us begin.

What the six weeks look like. One stage a week, in this order, because the operator gets built before the venture does.

1 · CEO Systems
How you run yourself, before we touch how you run anything else.
2 · Ikigai Moat
The thing only you can defend, found rather than invented.
3 · Business Model
You open it by counting your Nowns: the people, places, and things already in your corner. Then how the money actually moves, said out loud.
4 · Reverse Engineer
Start at the outcome. Walk backward until it is a Monday task.
5 · Brandstorm
The voice, the name, the look. Outer aligned to inner.
6 · Proprietary Assets
You leave owning things, not notes.
Bonus · What’s Next? 100+ Mentors
Finish all six and the FAM comes to you: finance, attorney, strategy, and proof, at their own tables, curated from what your cohort asked for. Free, and only for the people who finished. You do not graduate alone.

Before week one. Reply to your receipt with the one sentence version of what you are building. I read every one before we start, so the room begins warm instead of cold. If you already answered that at checkout, you are done.

If you want more than the room. Two doors open beside it, and neither is included in what you just bought. A mentor who solved your exact problem, three expert hours plus ninety minutes with me a month, or two 90-minute sessions a month with me alone. Ask me in week one and I will tell you honestly whether either is worth it for you. Sometimes the answer is no.

Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me.

Six weeks from now you will own assets instead of notes.

Become who you are.

The room is expecting you.

One session, yours. Somebody wanted you in the room for this one, and that is the best reason to walk into any room.

Your receipt is in your inbox. Nothing else to buy and nothing else to sign up for. I will send the time and the link before the session. Bookmark this page.

What to bring. The one thing you keep circling and not landing. Not the polished version. The one you have rewritten four times and still cannot say in a sentence. That is the material.

What you leave with. One artifact you keep, whether or not you ever come back. Two hours in the room, one with the peer group, and you walk out holding something you did not have this morning.

A Guest Pass works on any session, any week. There is no late. Every session builds one whole thing, so whichever one you walk into is a complete evening: CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, Proprietary Assets. Come to the one that answers what you are actually carrying.

One thing that is not included. The Elign app opens when you join the program. Tonight is the room, the work, and the thing you make in it. That is the whole promise, and it is enough for one night.

If the room turns out to be yours

You decide after, never before. The whole program is six weeks for $445 at the Gainesville rate, and that payment is what opens the Elign app for you. Your $90 comes off it. Write to me and I will send you the door at $355.

One piece of timing, said plainly. A cohort starts together, so you join at session one. If tonight was session one, you can stay for the whole run. If tonight was any of the other five, the next squad forms within the month and your seat is waiting. Nobody is ever bumped out of a seat they paid for, including you.

Take the program · $355 after your pass

Outside Alachua County the program is $495, and the same $90 comes off. Prefer to talk first? The free chat is open five days a week.

The Six · confirmed

Six of you. One column.

Six three-hour sessions, six weeks in a row, on your agenda. The room comes to you.

Your receipt is in your inbox, and you came in at the founding rate. Nothing else to buy and nothing else to sign up for. Bookmark this page: the next three moves are all that stands between you and week one.

1 · Name your six
Today, or as soon as you know
Reply to your receipt with names and emails, up to six including you. Fewer is fine: the seats are yours to fill, and a chair can wait for someone. Everyone you name gets the app and a welcome from me before week one.
Send the roster
2 · Pick the six weeks
Six in a row, your calendar and mine
One three-hour session a week, six consecutive weeks. Tell me the day and window that works for your six and I will confirm the run of dates within a day.
Propose your weeks
3 · Tell me the wall
Shapes the whole six weeks
You already answered what you are building together at checkout. Now the sharper question: what is the wall you keep hitting as a group? Your answer decides which experts I curate into your room, so give me the honest version, not the polished one.
Name the wall

The app, for all six

Every seat gets the Elign app: the workspace between sessions. What each of you builds in it is yours to keep.

How the six weeks run. The same spine as the public cohort, at private depth: CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, Proprietary Assets. Finish the run and the bonus opens for your group: What’s Next? 100+ Mentors, with experts curated to your agenda in the room. Because the room is only you, every example is your example.

The arithmetic, out loud. Eighteen hours of my time at $165 an hour is $2,970. Six seats at $495 is $2,970. The same $495 as a month of Founder, a month of the Mastermind, and a seat in the public room. One price, many doors, and the two lenses land on the same dollar.

Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me.

Become who you are. All six of you.

You are matched

Now I go find your person.

Three expert hours a month with someone who already solved the thing you are facing, plus ninety minutes with me to make sense of what comes back.

Your receipt is in your inbox. Nothing else to buy and nothing else to set up. The next move is mine.

1 · I read what you wrote
Today
You told me what you are facing at checkout. I read it myself. No form goes to a queue and no algorithm makes this call, because the whole value of this is that a person who knows both of you picks.
2 · I make the match
Usually within a few days
More than a hundred people in Gainesville: operators, founders, specialists. I look for the one who has already hit the wall you are walking toward, in your industry, in your city. Then I introduce you by email and you two take it from there.
3 · You schedule directly
Three one-hour sessions a month, any day 8 to 8
No booking widget in the middle. You and your mentor find times that work. Your fee holds those hours whether you use them or not, so put them on the calendar early in the month. Your fourth hour is ninety minutes with me: book it at the link in your receipt, and we make sense of what the expert sent back.

If the fit is wrong, say so

One line is enough. No explanation needed and no awkwardness owed. I re-match you and nobody is offended, because a wrong match is the system working, not the system failing.

Ask for a different match

Something worth knowing about your mentor. Their aim is to offer their professional services at half off for a local founder, and they are paid for the hours they are called on. Every paid hour releases a donated hour to a student founder, which is how mentorship stays free for students at UF, Santa Fe, and in schools through AI 4 Kids.

So the hour is not charity and it is not a transaction. Someone did this for them once. Now you are the reason a student gets theirs.

If you want more than the match. Two doors sit beside this one and neither is included in what you bought: the six-week Accelerator room, and two 90-minute sessions a month with me. Ask any time and I will tell you honestly whether either is worth it for you. Sometimes the answer is no.

Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me.

You are not paying for an hour of advice. You are paying for the right person to be in it.

The lighter door

Momentum.

You accelerate once. Momentum is what you keep.

The room ends. The work does not. Momentum is the version of this that runs at the speed of a real month instead of a six-week sprint: less intensity, more distance. And it is open to everyone, whether or not you did the Accelerator first.

Two expert hours
Two one-hour sessions a month

Once a month, long enough to look at the whole thing rather than the week in front of you. Scheduling only, nothing to pay.

Included
You keep everything you built in it. No export, no migration, no starting over.

$415 a month

Eighty dollars under the Mastermind: one fewer expert hour, the same ninety minutes with me. Cancel anytime from the link in any billing email, and the month you paid for stays yours.

Open to everyone. The ceiling is real, though: my hours a month, times the people who hold them, is a number that runs out.

Why this door costs less. Most programs charge more for continuing, because that is where the margin is. The intensity is the expensive part: the room, the curriculum, the sprint. Momentum is lighter for me to hold and should cost you less. Charging more for staying would be charging you for the relationship, and the relationship is the part I am not willing to sell.

Not sure yet? Take a month off and come back. Momentum is not a door that closes when a cohort ends, and nobody has to decide in the last week while they are still tired.

What to bring. Nothing prepared. Ninety minutes is plenty of room, and the thing that actually needs looking at usually surfaces once we stop trying to be efficient about it. Bring the pricing you are avoiding, the hire you are dreading, the pivot you already know you need, or the version of the company you have not said out loud.

Between sessions. Write to me. Not for a full reply every time, but because the thing you notice on a Tuesday is often the thing worth ninety minutes a fortnight later.

If you want the room too. The Accelerator runs six weeks with a room of six, and the Mastermind matches you with a local expert. Ask and I will tell you honestly whether either would help. Sometimes the answer is no.

Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com.

Momentum is what you keep. Less intensity, more distance, at the speed of a real month.

Keep Momentum · $415 a month

Open to everyone, whether or not you did the Accelerator first.

The room ends. The work does not. A six-week sprint is built for intensity, and intensity is the part nobody sustains. Momentum runs on the calendar you actually live on: one month at a time, for as long as it is useful.

Other programs charge more for continuing, because continuing is where the margin hides. Momentum costs less than the Mastermind on purpose. The expensive part was the room, the curriculum, and the sprint. This is lighter for me to hold, so it should be lighter for you to carry.

The private cohort

Six of you. One column.

Six three-hour sessions, six weeks in a row, on your agenda. The room comes to you.

Bring your six · $2,970

$495 a seat, the same as every other door here. One check.

The public cohort fills with six strangers who become a room. The Six is that room, except you already know everyone in it. A team, a chapter, a family business, a group of founders who keep having the same conversation over dinner: bring your six and the program comes to you, shaped to the wall the group keeps hitting.

Eighteen hours with me, the curated experts woven in, your agenda instead of a syllabus. One check, one decision, six people moved at once.

Eighteen hours of my time at $165 an hour is $2,970. Six seats at $495 a seat is $2,970. Two different lenses, not a dollar apart, and no rounding anywhere in it.

Which is the same $495 as a month of Founder, a month of the Mastermind, and a seat in the public Accelerator. One price, many doors. That is not a coincidence, it is the formula the whole catalogue is built from.

There is no founding rate and no expiring banner. The formula is the price, it is printed here, and it is the same arithmetic anyone can check.

Up to six people including you. Fewer is fine, the seats are yours to fill, and a chair can wait for someone. Everyone named gets the Elign app and a welcome before week one.
Pick the six weeks
One three-hour session a week, six consecutive weeks, on the day and window that works for your group.
Tell me the wall
The honest version, not the polished one. Your answer decides which experts get curated into your room.
Everyone leaves owning it
Every seat gets the app and the deliverables. What each person builds is theirs to keep, and the group leaves with a shared language for the work.
The Six
$2,970 for the room, $495 a seat
Six people, six three-hour sessions, six weeks in a row, curated experts, one check. Finish the run and the bonus opens for the whole group.

The Honest Math

Three things are for sale here. They were one thing first.

A person built this, then priced every piece of it out loud. Every line below is priced at replacement cost: what it would cost to buy that one thing, alone, from someone who sells it. The low number is the conservative floor and the high number is what it honestly runs. Every sum was computed from the lines, not typed, and the receipt at the bottom keeps count as you read.

Every line itemized below. Check the math.

One · Founder

Somebody had to build this

The curriculum, the deliverables, the six sessions, the app: one person designed all of it, and that person is in the room every week. Founder is the door where you walk through the program beside him. Two ninety-minute sessions a month, one on one, with Q&AI answering the questions between them. $495 a month.

Most programs sell a curriculum and a Slack channel, and the person who wrote the curriculum is a signature on a welcome email. Here the architect is the coach. Nothing gets lost between the person who designed the work and the person watching you do it.

Every month, at replacement

Every month

$800 – 2,000
Three hours, one on one, pointed at exactly one business: yours $600 – 1,500
Q&AI between sessions: questions answered while they are still small $200 – 500

Why these numbers: founder and executive coaching runs $200 to 500 an hour, and most of it comes without the between-session line. Async access alone is sold as a $200 to 500 monthly add-on elsewhere.

$165 an hour for the person who built what you are about to walk through, and the meter is not running between sessions.

15years building ventures of his own
158TEDxGainesville speaker interviews
125events produced across three years
12builders through Cohort 1

No multiple appears in this section, and that is deliberate. A person is not a ratio. The multiple starts one section down, where the work has sticker prices.

Two · Accelerator

Here is what he built

The Accelerator is the artifact. Six weeks, six seats, six sessions, a bonus that cannot be bought, and 41 deliverables that leave with you. You leave owning assets, not notes. Every one of them is priced below at what buying it alone would cost you.

Session One

CEO Systems

$1,375 – 2,650
Computer, cloud, AI Project, and bookmarks, fully synced rate history$150 – 300
The Red Team installed in every AI prompt, so AI stops handing you slop $200 – 500
Calendar, reminders, and notes, each set to one purpose $100 – 150
Your CEO DayCal $150 – 250
Your week, time-blocked $75 – 150
The professional stack, stood up live: booking, email, design, site $400 – 800
The Task Audit: what you do, what it costs, what to hand off first $300 – 500

Why these numbers: SpaceTime, the workshop this session grew from, has a $150 rate history. A systems consultant bills $150 to 300 for the sync alone; prompt engineering consults run $200 to 500; a proper ops audit starts at $300.

Session Two

Ikigai Moat

$800 – 2,100
Meet You in 10 Years rate history$150 – 200
Your Ikigai, with your Founding Statement and first pitch $500 – 1,500
John Spence’s four differentiations: your proprietary moat $150 – 400

Why these numbers: positioning and founding-statement work is what brand strategists charge four figures for. $500 is the floor for anyone competent; naming firms alone start above $1,500.

Session Three

Business Model

$2,450 – 6,100
Your Nowns: the people, places, and things you already have $150 – 250
The Free Stack: software you stop paying for priced at savings$100 – 200
The Gainesville Ecosystem Directory $200 – 400
The Resource Guide: hundreds of free and reduced-cost local resources priced at savings$1,000 – 3,000
Your nine-block Business Model Canvas, completed rate history$300 – 750
Your Package Builder $150 – 400
Pricing tactics and the skeptical-investor pass $300 – 600
48-hour validation experiments: real interviews, real outreach, real data $250 – 500

Why these numbers: the week opens by counting what you already have, because a model built on resources you forgot is a model built short. The Resource Guide is priced at the savings it unlocks in year one, not the paper it is printed on. A facilitated canvas has a $300 per person rate history; a pricing engagement alone starts at $300. Lines priced at savings carry the tag, so you can weigh them your own way.

Session Four

Reverse Engineer

$600 – 1,450
Great Changes $150 – 250
Changes Greatness $150 – 250
The Creativity Academy six, built on executive retainers a decade ago rate history$150 – 600
Your first delegable role: tracked, documented, written as a job description $150 – 350

Why these numbers: an Ideal Client Avatar workshop alone is sold for $300 and up; you get it as one of six moves. The job description is what an HR consultant invoices $150 to 350 for.

Session Five

Brandstorm

$1,050 – 2,500
Your Before and After grid $150 – 300
Your Brand Attribute Framework $250 – 500
Mission, Vision, Values, and the positioning gap $150 – 500
Logo and design-system direction $300 – 800
The Pitch Builder unlocks: your pitch, assembled from your own words $200 – 400

Why these numbers: brand strategy workshops run $500 to 2,500 at agencies. These are the working parts of one, at the honest end of the range.

Session Six

Proprietary Assets

$1,100 – 2,300
AI education: LLMs, tools, and how to stop getting slop $150 – 300
House Prompts, with pre-prompts and post-prompts $200 – 500
Sabrina Ramonov’s free site, curated into your stack $50 – 100
The five-minute warm auto-reply, built and live $200 – 400
Your Moat Asset Register: prompts, systems, and automations, named as property $250 – 500
One Skill and one Connector, working $250 – 500

Why these numbers: AI consultants bill $150 to 300 an hour to do exactly this, and they leave with the knowledge. Here it stays in your hands. This is also the session where you learn the four documents already exist.

Woven through all six

Between the sessions (program supports)

$488 – 1,283
Six weekly peer-group hours, with my feedback in the room $150 – 300
The Elign app for the full program: every blank becomes your documents rate history$38
Every session recorded, yours to rewatch $100 – 200
A free chat available five days a week $100 – 300
Miss for a real reason? Rejoin a new cohort free within 12 months priced at savings$100 – 445

Why these numbers: the app line is two months at the $19 launch rate. The rejoin guarantee is priced at the seat it replaces, discounted for the odds you use it. The recordings are priced at what course platforms charge for far less personal footage.

The bonus · not for sale

What’s Next? 100+ Mentors

$4,400 – 10,800

This one has no door. It is awarded to the people who finish all six weeks, and to a guest they bring themselves. It cannot be bought, it is not a session you can take on a Guest Pass, and it is not priced into the ask below. It is what finishing is worth.

A lawyer, curated to your business, reviewing your Packages Proposal $150 – 350
An accountant, curated to your business, reviewing your Business Plan $150 – 350
A brand mind and an operator, same treatment $300 – 500
The FAM Startup Hour $50 – 100
Your Business Plan, written in your words across six weeks $1,500 – 3,000
Your Packages Proposal, the document that gets you hired $500 – 1,500
Your Pitch Deck, the one that raises the money $1,000 – 3,000
Your SOP Playbook: how to hire without losing what makes it yours $750 – 2,000

Why these numbers: these are the going rates for business plan writers, proposal copywriters, deck designers, and process documenters. Pay them and you get their words. Here the words are yours, and four professionals have signed off on them.

The Accelerator

Session One · CEO Systems$1,375 – 2,650
Session Two · Ikigai Moat$800 – 2,100
Session Three · Business Model$2,450 – 6,100
Session Four · Reverse Engineer$600 – 1,450
Session Five · Brandstorm$1,050 – 2,500
Session Six · Proprietary Assets$1,100 – 2,300
Between the sessions, the five supports$488 – 1,283
The six weeks, all in$7,863 – 18,383
The bonus, awarded on finishing$4,400 – 10,800
With the bonus, at replacement$12,263 – 29,183
41 deliverables, at replacement$11,775 – 27,900

The Accelerator asks $445 in Gainesville and Alachua County, $495 everywhere else, and the bonus is not in that price because the bonus is not for sale. Even at the floor, counting only the six weeks, that is 17 times the ask. Count the bonus you earn by finishing and it is 27. This is the only section on the page with a multiple in it, because this is the only section made of things that have sticker prices.

$75per week, six weeks
$25per live hour, 18 with him and the room
$11per deliverable, all 41
27×floor value with the bonus, against the local ask

Unit costs are rounded up to the whole dollar, so the price is never understated. Value totals print exact.

Three · Mastermind

The room he can open

The Mastermind sells two things no curriculum contains: certainty and proximity. Certainty is knowing somebody has already solved the exact thing costing you three months. Proximity is being one introduction away from them.

Three one-hour sessions a month with a matched local mentor who lived through your specific problem, not a similar one, plus a ninety-minute session with him. $495 a month. The match is the product.

Here is why the match works. He came to Gainesville in 2005 for school at UF. He came back in 2012 and started recording the entrepreneurship club meetings, and one of the people in those rooms is a Mastermind mentor now, fourteen years later. He came back again in 2021 and started interviewing the people who run this city’s nonprofits, businesses, and incubators, one at a time. That is what makes a warm introduction warm, and it is not a thing anyone can buy in six weeks.

Every month, at replacement

Every month

$1,175 – 2,150
Three hours with a matched specialist who charges for this knowledge everywhere else $600 – 1,050
Ninety minutes with me, on whatever the month surfaced $225 – 450
The match itself: curation from a bench of 100 and counting, tuned to your exact problem $250 – 500
Standing access to the bench and the room around it $100 – 150

Why these numbers: specialist consulting runs $200 to 350 an hour. A recruiter or connector charges $250 and up per warm, qualified introduction. The bench access is priced against what a coworking membership charges for a hallway.

You pay $110 an hour for people who bill two to three times that, and the matching is free by comparison. Cancel at the end of any month.

All three at once

Coherence

You are not buying a course. You are buying the person who made it, the thing he made, and the room he can open. Those three were one thing before they were ever split into pieces anyone could buy separately. Coherence is what happens when you stop choosing.

Your first two months, added up

Coherence

Founder, two months$1,600 – 4,000
The Accelerator, all in, bonus included$12,263 – 29,183
Mastermind, two months$2,350 – 4,300
Two months, at replacement$16,213 – 37,483
Coherence asks$2,025

Coherence gets no multiple either, for the same reason the founder did not. Past the artifact you are buying attention and access, and those are measured in hours and in doors.

7.5 hrsof his time and matched time, every month
1decision, instead of three
$34a day, for the first two months
$200less than separate, every month after the first

The honest comparison: with the local code, the same two months bought separately run $2,225. The first month costs $1,235 either way, and Coherence costs $200 less every month after that. Across a year, separate is $12,125 and Coherence is $9,925. The $2,200 difference is more than four times the local price of the Accelerator that started it.

One more number, and it is the only one on this page about you instead of us. If everything here helps you land one client at your real rate, or raise one check, or make one hire that works, the program has paid for itself before the math above even starts. That is the return the receipt cannot print.

One decision

Coherence: $1,235 to begin, then $790 a month. Two months at $16,213 – 37,483 replacement, for $2,025.

Begin Coherence · $1,235

Not in Gainesville? Begin at $1,285, fifty dollars more, everything else the same.

If it is not right within 7 days, the Accelerator refunds in full. Cancel the membership at the end of any month and everything already delivered stays yours.

The smaller doors

Every line above can be bought from somebody. Three things on this page cannot: the match, the bench, and the room. The receipt prices what is replaceable. The rest is the part that is not.

Want a piece anyway? The Accelerator alone, $445: keep all 41 deliverables and walk past the people. A Guest Pass, $90: buy one room for a night and keep the option to stop. Or just talk to me first, free.

How these numbers were made: every line is priced at replacement cost, meaning what it would cost to buy that one thing alone from someone who sells it. Lines priced at the savings they unlock, rather than at a seller’s rate, carry the tag. Where a rate history exists, the floor honors it. The estimates are ours, the arithmetic is checkable, and the whole receipt is public: check our math. Elign offers business education, coaching, and mentorship; nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice. A real person reads everything you send, and the person is me.
