The Video Podcast
Amplifying local voices on a global stage.
Ordinary people. Extraordinary ideas. Heard clearly, on their own terms.
Unimpeded Speech is a video podcast that began inside TEDxGainesville, where I curate speakers. Before any stage, we sit down and let the idea breathe: a real conversation, not an audition.
House rules: the speaker is the hero, never the brand. No hype, no clickbait, no sanding a voice down into polish. If a sentence carries your character, it stays exactly as you said it.
Have an idea to share? Start with a free chat.
The Intentional Community
A heartwarming welcome home.
The world drains people. We circulate them back.
Vena Cava is an alcohol-free, eco-friendly burn community in Gainesville, Florida: fire jams, ceremony, flow arts, and a garden tended by many hands. Nothing here is for sale. It runs on love, sharing our gifts, and showing up.
The vena cava is the vein that brings blood back to the heart to receive oxygen. That is why we are here.
Our monthly Fire Jam welcomes first-timers. And if giving is your love language, meet the FAM.
The Accelerator Program
Invest in your becoming.
Six weeks. Six seats. One system for reverse engineering creative strategy into branded assets you own.
Join the next cohort · $445Gainesville rate. A new room forms every month. Not sure yet? take a free chat first.
Three ways a founder stalls
You already know which one is yours.
All three are solvable in six weeks.
Elign is the coherence system I ran one-on-one, rebuilt for a room. Six weeks, six stages moving from who you are to what you are becoming: CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, Proprietary Assets. From CEO Systems to Proprietary Assets. We grow the operator before we grow the venture, with AI doing the heavy lifting at every step.
And then the bonus. Finish all six and the room opens one more time: What’s Next? 100+ Mentors. The FAM comes to you, curated from what your cohort asked for all season: finance, attorney, strategy, and proof, at their own tables. It is free, it is only for the people who finished, and it cannot be bought. It gates nothing and it enriches everything.
Twelve founders went through Cohort 1. Cohort 2 is in the room now, and a new room forms every month. Small enough that nobody gets lost. Big enough that nobody builds alone. You leave owning assets, not notes.
Other programs give you a curriculum and a Slack. We give you a curriculum and a county of support.
Seats are open in the next room. $445 at the Gainesville rate, $495 outside it. The door stays open at the top of this page.
What you will own
Most programs hand you notes. The app is the machine that turns six weeks of work into the documents your business actually runs on. It is your program journal while you are in it, and on the last week it hands you four finished assets: your Business Plan, your Client Proposal, your Pitch Deck, and the SOPs that let someone else run what you built.
Those four come out of the work, not out of a template. Everything below is what you built to produce them.
“After going through the weekday calendar with Eli, I definitely am feeling like I’m able to maximize my time and days throughout the week in a way that feels digestible, and takes away the difficulty I’ve been having trying to organize all of my to-dos.”
Ten artifacts in six weeks. You do not leave with a certificate. You leave with the whole company.
Who is Eli G Newman
Before Elign there were rooms. I interviewed 158 speakers to curate the TEDx lineup, produced 125 events in three years, and grew a give-first network of 100+ mentors with the City of Gainesville.
And before the rooms, the work itself. At my family’s therapy practice I rebuilt medical billing from over ten hours a week to about three, then wrote the SOPs so a $15/hour hire could run it without me, buying back 40+ hours a month for $195.
That last one is the whole method. Find the hours somebody is losing, build the system that earns them back, hand it off so it runs without you. Your business, optimized in six weeks.
Three doors. One system.
Founder, Accelerator, Mastermind (FAM). Three letters, which spell the local mentor network. Each stands alone at $495.
Alignment is what happens inside each room. Coherence is what happens when all three start agreeing. What you build in the room gets pressure-tested by someone who has already built it, and the two of us make sense of what came back, twice a month, until the whole thing points the same direction.
Not in Gainesville? Begin at $1,285, fifty dollars more, everything else the same.
Or start with the one you need most.
Came as a guest and want the rest? Write to ask@elignewman.com and your $90 comes off the program.
Not in Gainesville? $495.
The app comes with the Accelerator and every monthly offer, and is $19 a month on its own through the end of 2026. It goes to $49 a month in January.
Prices above are the Gainesville rate. Outside Gainesville the Accelerator is $495 and Coherence begins at $1,285. Locals: code GNV100 also takes $100 off your first month of Founder or Mastermind.
Two more doors, for two different people. Momentum is the lighter monthly one, open to everyone, $415. The Six brings a private room of six to your agenda, $2,970 for the room.

The Mentor Mastermind
Give first.
Students never pay. Founders are the reason.
FAM is the Founder Accelerator Mastermind: a give-first network more than a hundred strong, in Gainesville. Built with leaders across the city, to make this the best place in the country to start and grow a business.
For students, FAM is free. At UF, at Santa Fe, and in schools through AI 4 Kids, a student never pays to sit with someone who has already done the thing. Founders are what makes that possible.
Paid work releases donated hours. It never buys them. Every hour a founder buys releases an hour given to a student founder, and the count is kept.
The match is the product, not the hour. You are put in front of someone who lived through your exact problem, not a category near it. That is the part a national program cannot copy, because it requires a county rather than a directory.
“Conversations there unlocked the last doors I needed to get my plants shipping nationwide instead of just at local farmers markets. I point any entrepreneurs I know his direction.”
For founders, the Mastermind is three one-to-one hours with a mentor matched to the exact challenge you are facing, in your own city, plus ninety minutes with Eli to make sense of what comes back. Our aim is to have their professional services offered half off for local founders.
Gainesville locals, email ask@elignewman.com. Say you are local and I will send you the local rate.
You are not paying for an hour of advice. You are paying for the right person to be in it.
“It was really a walk the walk moment, where the facilitators not only shared the important aspects of being a founder, but actually displayed it and modeled it, not just with content but with process.”
The name is not an accident. Founder, Accelerator, Mastermind: three doors, and all three together is Coherence. See how they price.
Want to give an hour? Want to receive one? Both doors are open.

AI 4 Kids.
The youngest builders deserve the newest tools.
AI 4 Kids teaches children to wield AI the way they wield crayons: as a tool for making dreams happen, not a machine that does their homework. Curiosity first, ethics second, always hands-on.
This program is early and growing a community. If you are a parent, a teacher, or a school that wants AI literacy taught with care, I want to hear from you before anyone else.

The Heirloom Documentary
Hear their stories forever.
Presence, preserved in light, laughter, and the wisdom of their advice.
Legacy Love Letters films cinema-quality interviews with your elder loved ones: their stories, their laughter, the advice only they can give. Multi-camera, professionally lit, gently guided, and finished within weeks.
One relaxed afternoon becomes an heirloom your family keeps forever. Ten percent of every session goes to a charity of your loved one’s choice. Serving North Central Florida.
The Partner Flow
Play safely together.
For Alachua County Public Schools.
Afterschool Acroyoga brings partner movement, meditation, and breathwork to students of every age and level. Kids build strength, flexibility, trust, and body awareness through poses and games that meet them where they are.
I started teaching acroyoga in 2016 at music festivals across the country. Our style is simple. We slow down, speak softly, and have fun.

Your workspace between sessions, and Q&AI whenever something will not wait until the weekend. Free for as long as you are with us.
Enter the Elign appOne thing worth knowing. Sessions live inside the month they belong to and do not roll over, because the hours are held open for you whether you use them or not. A month with nothing booked is a month you paid for and gave back. I would rather badger you than let that happen, so expect me to ask.
Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me. Billing, cancelling, and card changes all live behind the link in any billing email, no conversation required, though I would always rather have the conversation.

Your workspace between sessions. Your notes, your stages, and everything you build in the room, in one place. Included for the full six weeks.
Enter the Elign appWhat the six weeks look like. One stage a week, in this order, because the operator gets built before the venture does.
Before week one. Reply to your receipt with the one sentence version of what you are building. I read every one before we start, so the room begins warm instead of cold. If you already answered that at checkout, you are done.
If you want more than the room. Two doors open beside it, and neither is included in what you just bought. A mentor who solved your exact problem, three expert hours plus ninety minutes with me a month, or two 90-minute sessions a month with me alone. Ask me in week one and I will tell you honestly whether either is worth it for you. Sometimes the answer is no.

Six people, one room, one time that works for all of us. Mark your availability and I lock it in before week one.
Add your availabilityWhat to bring. The one thing you keep circling and not landing. Not the polished version. The one you have rewritten four times and still cannot say in a sentence. That is the material.
What you leave with. One artifact you keep, whether or not you ever come back. Two hours in the room, one with the peer group, and you walk out holding something you did not have this morning.
A Guest Pass works on any session, any week. There is no late. Every session builds one whole thing, so whichever one you walk into is a complete evening: CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, Proprietary Assets. Come to the one that answers what you are actually carrying.
One thing that is not included. The Elign app opens when you join the program. Tonight is the room, the work, and the thing you make in it. That is the whole promise, and it is enough for one night.
If the room turns out to be yours
You decide after, never before. The whole program is six weeks for $445 at the Gainesville rate, and that payment is what opens the Elign app for you. Your $90 comes off it. Write to me and I will send you the door at $355.
One piece of timing, said plainly. A cohort starts together, so you join at session one. If tonight was session one, you can stay for the whole run. If tonight was any of the other five, the next squad forms within the month and your seat is waiting. Nobody is ever bumped out of a seat they paid for, including you.
Take the program · $355 after your passOutside Alachua County the program is $495, and the same $90 comes off. Prefer to talk first? The free chat is open five days a week.

The Six · confirmed
Six of you. One column.
Six three-hour sessions, six weeks in a row, on your agenda. The room comes to you.
Your receipt is in your inbox, and you came in at the founding rate. Nothing else to buy and nothing else to sign up for. Bookmark this page: the next three moves are all that stands between you and week one.
The app, for all six
Every seat gets the Elign app: the workspace between sessions. What each of you builds in it is yours to keep.
Enter the Elign appHow the six weeks run. The same spine as the public cohort, at private depth: CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, Proprietary Assets. Finish the run and the bonus opens for your group: What’s Next? 100+ Mentors, with experts curated to your agenda in the room. Because the room is only you, every example is your example.
The arithmetic, out loud. Eighteen hours of my time at $165 an hour is $2,970. Six seats at $495 is $2,970. The same $495 as a month of Founder, a month of the Mastermind, and a seat in the public room. One price, many doors, and the two lenses land on the same dollar.
Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me.
Become who you are. All six of you.
You are matched
Now I go find your person.
Three expert hours a month with someone who already solved the thing you are facing, plus ninety minutes with me to make sense of what comes back.
Your receipt is in your inbox. Nothing else to buy and nothing else to set up. The next move is mine.
If the fit is wrong, say so
One line is enough. No explanation needed and no awkwardness owed. I re-match you and nobody is offended, because a wrong match is the system working, not the system failing.
Ask for a different matchSomething worth knowing about your mentor. Their aim is to offer their professional services at half off for a local founder, and they are paid for the hours they are called on. Every paid hour releases a donated hour to a student founder, which is how mentorship stays free for students at UF, Santa Fe, and in schools through AI 4 Kids.
So the hour is not charity and it is not a transaction. Someone did this for them once. Now you are the reason a student gets theirs.
If you want more than the match. Two doors sit beside this one and neither is included in what you bought: the six-week Accelerator room, and two 90-minute sessions a month with me. Ask any time and I will tell you honestly whether either is worth it for you. Sometimes the answer is no.
Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me.
You are not paying for an hour of advice. You are paying for the right person to be in it.
The lighter door
Momentum.
You accelerate once. Momentum is what you keep.
The room ends. The work does not. Momentum is the version of this that runs at the speed of a real month instead of a six-week sprint: less intensity, more distance. And it is open to everyone, whether or not you did the Accelerator first.
$415 a month
Eighty dollars under the Mastermind: one fewer expert hour, the same ninety minutes with me. Cancel anytime from the link in any billing email, and the month you paid for stays yours.
Open to everyone. The ceiling is real, though: my hours a month, times the people who hold them, is a number that runs out.
Why this door costs less. Most programs charge more for continuing, because that is where the margin is. The intensity is the expensive part: the room, the curriculum, the sprint. Momentum is lighter for me to hold and should cost you less. Charging more for staying would be charging you for the relationship, and the relationship is the part I am not willing to sell.
Not sure yet? Take a month off and come back. Momentum is not a door that closes when a cohort ends, and nobody has to decide in the last week while they are still tired.
Questions to ask@elignewman.com. A real person reads it, and the person is me.
Become who you are.
One of two
Three hours a month, yours.
Two 90-minute sessions, one to one. Book them both now, while the calendar is open.
Your receipt is in your inbox. Nothing else to buy and nothing else to set up.
Book your two sessions
Scheduling only, nothing to pay. This link is already part of what you bought.
Book your sessionsBook early in the month. The hours are held open for you whether you use them or not, and they do not roll over.
Then: get into the app
Your workspace between the sessions, and Q&AI from me and my team whenever something will not wait until your next session. Free for as long as you are with us.
Enter the Elign appWhat to bring. Nothing prepared. Ninety minutes is plenty of room, and the thing that actually needs looking at usually surfaces once we stop trying to be efficient about it. Bring the pricing you are avoiding, the hire you are dreading, the pivot you already know you need, or the version of the company you have not said out loud.
Between sessions. Write to me. Not for a full reply every time, but because the thing you notice on a Tuesday is often the thing worth ninety minutes a fortnight later.
If you want the room too. The Accelerator runs six weeks with a room of six, and the Mastermind matches you with a local expert. Ask and I will tell you honestly whether either would help. Sometimes the answer is no.
Anything at all: reply to your receipt, or write to ask@elignewman.com.
I treat you like family. Your business is my business.
The lighter door
You accelerate once.
Momentum is what you keep. Less intensity, more distance, at the speed of a real month.
Keep Momentum · $415 a monthOpen to everyone, whether or not you did the Accelerator first.
The room ends. The work does not. A six-week sprint is built for intensity, and intensity is the part nobody sustains. Momentum runs on the calendar you actually live on: one month at a time, for as long as it is useful.
Other programs charge more for continuing, because continuing is where the margin hides. Momentum costs less than the Mastermind on purpose. The expensive part was the room, the curriculum, and the sprint. This is lighter for me to hold, so it should be lighter for you to carry.
What a month holds
Cancel at the end of any month from the link in any billing email. The month you paid for stays yours, and so does everything you built.
The ceiling is real. My hours in a month, times the people holding them, is a number that runs out.
The private cohort
Six of you. One column.
Six three-hour sessions, six weeks in a row, on your agenda. The room comes to you.
Bring your six · $2,970$495 a seat, the same as every other door here. One check.
The public cohort fills with six strangers who become a room. The Six is that room, except you already know everyone in it. A team, a chapter, a family business, a group of founders who keep having the same conversation over dinner: bring your six and the program comes to you, shaped to the wall the group keeps hitting.
Eighteen hours with me, the curated experts woven in, your agenda instead of a syllabus. One check, one decision, six people moved at once.
The price, proved twice
Eighteen hours of my time at $165 an hour is $2,970. Six seats at $495 a seat is $2,970. Two different lenses, not a dollar apart, and no rounding anywhere in it.
Which is the same $495 as a month of Founder, a month of the Mastermind, and a seat in the public Accelerator. One price, many doors. That is not a coincidence, it is the formula the whole catalogue is built from.
There is no founding rate and no expiring banner. The formula is the price, it is printed here, and it is the same arithmetic anyone can check.
How the six weeks run

The Honest Math
Three things are for sale here. They were one thing first.
A person built this, then priced every piece of it out loud. Every line below is priced at replacement cost: what it would cost to buy that one thing, alone, from someone who sells it. The low number is the conservative floor and the high number is what it honestly runs. Every sum was computed from the lines, not typed, and the receipt at the bottom keeps count as you read.
One · Founder
Somebody had to build this
The curriculum, the deliverables, the six sessions, the app: one person designed all of it, and that person is in the room every week. Founder is the door where you walk through the program beside him. Two ninety-minute sessions a month, one on one, with Q&AI answering the questions between them. $495 a month.
Most programs sell a curriculum and a Slack channel, and the person who wrote the curriculum is a signature on a welcome email. Here the architect is the coach. Nothing gets lost between the person who designed the work and the person watching you do it.
Every month
$800 – 2,000Why these numbers: founder and executive coaching runs $200 to 500 an hour, and most of it comes without the between-session line. Async access alone is sold as a $200 to 500 monthly add-on elsewhere.
$165 an hour for the person who built what you are about to walk through, and the meter is not running between sessions.
No multiple appears in this section, and that is deliberate. A person is not a ratio. The multiple starts one section down, where the work has sticker prices.
Two · Accelerator
Here is what he built
The Accelerator is the artifact. Six weeks, six seats, six sessions, a bonus that cannot be bought, and 41 deliverables that leave with you. You leave owning assets, not notes. Every one of them is priced below at what buying it alone would cost you.
CEO Systems
$1,375 – 2,650Why these numbers: SpaceTime, the workshop this session grew from, has a $150 rate history. A systems consultant bills $150 to 300 for the sync alone; prompt engineering consults run $200 to 500; a proper ops audit starts at $300.
Ikigai Moat
$800 – 2,100Why these numbers: positioning and founding-statement work is what brand strategists charge four figures for. $500 is the floor for anyone competent; naming firms alone start above $1,500.
Business Model
$2,450 – 6,100Why these numbers: the week opens by counting what you already have, because a model built on resources you forgot is a model built short. The Resource Guide is priced at the savings it unlocks in year one, not the paper it is printed on. A facilitated canvas has a $300 per person rate history; a pricing engagement alone starts at $300. Lines priced at savings carry the tag, so you can weigh them your own way.
Reverse Engineer
$600 – 1,450Why these numbers: an Ideal Client Avatar workshop alone is sold for $300 and up; you get it as one of six moves. The job description is what an HR consultant invoices $150 to 350 for.
Brandstorm
$1,050 – 2,500Why these numbers: brand strategy workshops run $500 to 2,500 at agencies. These are the working parts of one, at the honest end of the range.
Proprietary Assets
$1,100 – 2,300Why these numbers: AI consultants bill $150 to 300 an hour to do exactly this, and they leave with the knowledge. Here it stays in your hands. This is also the session where you learn the four documents already exist.
Between the sessions (program supports)
$488 – 1,283Why these numbers: the app line is two months at the $19 launch rate. The rejoin guarantee is priced at the seat it replaces, discounted for the odds you use it. The recordings are priced at what course platforms charge for far less personal footage.
What’s Next? 100+ Mentors
$4,400 – 10,800This one has no door. It is awarded to the people who finish all six weeks, and to a guest they bring themselves. It cannot be bought, it is not a session you can take on a Guest Pass, and it is not priced into the ask below. It is what finishing is worth.
Why these numbers: these are the going rates for business plan writers, proposal copywriters, deck designers, and process documenters. Pay them and you get their words. Here the words are yours, and four professionals have signed off on them.
The Accelerator
The Accelerator asks $445 in Gainesville and Alachua County, $495 everywhere else, and the bonus is not in that price because the bonus is not for sale. Even at the floor, counting only the six weeks, that is 17 times the ask. Count the bonus you earn by finishing and it is 27. This is the only section on the page with a multiple in it, because this is the only section made of things that have sticker prices.
Unit costs are rounded up to the whole dollar, so the price is never understated. Value totals print exact.
Three · Mastermind
The room he can open
The Mastermind sells two things no curriculum contains: certainty and proximity. Certainty is knowing somebody has already solved the exact thing costing you three months. Proximity is being one introduction away from them.
Three one-hour sessions a month with a matched local mentor who lived through your specific problem, not a similar one, plus a ninety-minute session with him. $495 a month. The match is the product.
Here is why the match works. He came to Gainesville in 2005 for school at UF. He came back in 2012 and started recording the entrepreneurship club meetings, and one of the people in those rooms is a Mastermind mentor now, fourteen years later. He came back again in 2021 and started interviewing the people who run this city’s nonprofits, businesses, and incubators, one at a time. That is what makes a warm introduction warm, and it is not a thing anyone can buy in six weeks.
Every month
$1,175 – 2,150Why these numbers: specialist consulting runs $200 to 350 an hour. A recruiter or connector charges $250 and up per warm, qualified introduction. The bench access is priced against what a coworking membership charges for a hallway.
You pay $110 an hour for people who bill two to three times that, and the matching is free by comparison. Cancel at the end of any month.
All three at once
Coherence
You are not buying a course. You are buying the person who made it, the thing he made, and the room he can open. Those three were one thing before they were ever split into pieces anyone could buy separately. Coherence is what happens when you stop choosing.
Coherence
Coherence gets no multiple either, for the same reason the founder did not. Past the artifact you are buying attention and access, and those are measured in hours and in doors.
The honest comparison: with the local code, the same two months bought separately run $2,225. The first month costs $1,235 either way, and Coherence costs $200 less every month after that. Across a year, separate is $12,125 and Coherence is $9,925. The $2,200 difference is more than four times the local price of the Accelerator that started it.
One more number, and it is the only one on this page about you instead of us. If everything here helps you land one client at your real rate, or raise one check, or make one hire that works, the program has paid for itself before the math above even starts. That is the return the receipt cannot print.
One decision
Coherence: $1,235 to begin, then $790 a month. Two months at $16,213 – 37,483 replacement, for $2,025.
Begin Coherence · $1,235Not in Gainesville? Begin at $1,285, fifty dollars more, everything else the same.
If it is not right within 7 days, the Accelerator refunds in full. Cancel the membership at the end of any month and everything already delivered stays yours.
The smaller doors
Every line above can be bought from somebody. Three things on this page cannot: the match, the bench, and the room. The receipt prices what is replaceable. The rest is the part that is not.
Want a piece anyway? The Accelerator alone, $445: keep all 41 deliverables and walk past the people. A Guest Pass, $90: buy one room for a night and keep the option to stop. Or just talk to me first, free.
How these numbers were made: every line is priced at replacement cost, meaning what it would cost to buy that one thing alone from someone who sells it. Lines priced at the savings they unlock, rather than at a seller’s rate, carry the tag. Where a rate history exists, the floor honors it. The estimates are ours, the arithmetic is checkable, and the whole receipt is public: check our math. Elign offers business education, coaching, and mentorship; nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice. A real person reads everything you send, and the person is me.

That means if you buy close to a start date, you can sit through the first session and still walk away whole. Come and see. If it is not for you, we refund you in full.
Once both windows have passed, the fee is non-refundable, because your seat came out of a room of six and cannot be given to anyone else at that point.
The Guest Pass is a single $90 session, and it is final once the session has been attended. If you buy a pass and do not attend, the Accelerator windows above apply to you too. The amount of one Guest Pass is credited toward the Accelerator if you enroll: write to ask@elignewman.com.
If life interrupts partway through: you may rejoin a future cohort at no additional charge within twelve months, subject to seat availability. You do not have to explain why.
Monthly offers
The Mastermind, Founder, Coherence, and Momentum are monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the link in any billing email, or by writing to us.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep your sessions for that period. We do not prorate partial months, and we do not cut your access the moment you cancel. You paid for the month, so the month is yours.
If we cancel
If we cancel a cohort, or cannot deliver sessions you have paid for, we refund the unused portion in full. That is on us, not on you.
Sessions that go unbooked
One-to-one sessions live inside the calendar month they belong to and do not roll over, because your monthly fee reserves capacity we hold open for you. Unbooked sessions are not refunded. If something genuinely got in the way, tell us and we will talk about it, because we are people and so are you.
How long a refund takes
We process refunds within two business days. Your bank usually takes another five to ten to show it. We cannot speed that part up, but we can tell you the exact day we sent it.
Before you buy
If you are unsure whether this is right for you, do not gamble $495 on it. Take one session for $90, or better: Take a free chat first. One a day, Monday to Friday, genuinely free, genuinely with me. Most of what a refund would have fixed gets answered in that half hour.
Full terms on the Terms of Service page. Questions to ask@elignewman.com.
The Help Desk
Support.
A real person reads every message. Usually within one business day, often sooner.
Fastest way to reach us: ask@elignewman.com. Reply to any receipt or booking email and it lands in the same place. No ticket number, no queue, no bot.
Billing
See a charge you do not recognize? It reads ELIGNMENT on your statement. That is Elignment LLC in Gainesville, Florida. If you are still unsure, email us before you call your bank and we will sort it out the same day.
Update your card or bank account. Every billing email carries a link to your account. One click, no login.
Cancel a monthly offer. Same link, or email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep your sessions for that period.
A payment failed. We retry automatically and email you. Nothing is cancelled while we sort it out. Update your card from the link in that email and the next attempt goes through.
Refunds. The Accelerator is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase, and up to 48 hours before the first session, whichever gives you longer. Monthly offers are not prorated mid-month. Full detail on the Refund Policy page.
Booking and sessions
Where are my booking links? On your welcome page, and in your receipt. Bookmark it.
Need to reschedule? Use the link in your booking confirmation, at least 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours, email us. We use judgment for real emergencies.
Sessions do not roll over. Your monthly fee holds capacity we reserve for you, so book inside the month. If something genuinely got in the way, tell us and we will talk about it.
Your mentor match is not working. Say so. No awkwardness required, and no explanation needed beyond "not the right fit." We re-match you.
The app
Cannot get in? Email us with the address you signed up with. The app lives at elign.app and stays free for as long as you hold any monthly offer.
Your information
Want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email us and we respond within 30 days. No form to fill in. See the Privacy Policy.
Something else
If it is not on this page, it is still worth an email. We would rather hear about a problem early than read about it in a review.

The Agreement
Terms of Service.
Elignment LLC · Gainesville, Florida · Last updated August 17, 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Elignment LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Gainesville, Alachua County. "We" means Elignment LLC. "You" means the person purchasing or participating. By purchasing a program, booking a session, or using the Elign app, you agree to what follows. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
2. What we offer
The Accelerator. A six-week program, two hours a week in a group room of at most six: CEO Systems, Ikigai Moat, Business Model, Reverse Engineer, Brandstorm, Proprietary Assets. Includes the Elign app for the duration and weekly peer group support. Weekends. Participants who complete all six weeks are invited to a bonus session, What’s Next? 100+ Mentors, at no charge; guest experts are curated per cohort and not chosen by request. The bonus is not for sale and is not available with a Guest Pass except as the guest of a participant who completed the program.
The Mastermind. Three one-hour, one-to-one sessions per calendar month with a mentor we match to your situation, plus one 90-minute session with Eli G Newman. Mentors are independent professionals in our Founder Accelerator Mastermind network, not our employees. Any day, 8am to 8pm.
Founder. Two 90-minute, one-to-one sessions per calendar month with Eli G Newman. Weekdays, 12pm to 5pm. Includes Q&AI email support while the offer is active. Capacity is limited each month.
Coherence. All three together at a reduced rate.
Momentum. Open to everyone, whether or not you completed the Accelerator: two one-hour mentor sessions and one 90-minute session with Eli per month, plus continued app access.
The Elign app. Included during the Accelerator and with any active monthly offer, otherwise available separately. Individual classes purchased week by week do not include the app.
We may adjust formats and curriculum as the programs develop. We will not reduce the number of sessions you have paid for in a given month without your agreement.
3. Pricing, billing, and renewal
Current prices are published on this site. The Accelerator is $495, a one-time charge, with a Gainesville rate of $445. A Guest Pass is $90 and admits one person to one session; the amount of one Guest Pass is credited toward the Accelerator if you enroll. Founder and Mastermind are $495 per month each; Momentum is $415 per month; all three are monthly recurring charges, and locals may take $100 off the first month of Founder or Mastermind once per person per product. The Six is a one-time charge of $2,970 for a private room of up to six.
Coherence bills $495 at checkout for the Accelerator and $790 per month thereafter for Founder and Mastermind together ($445 at checkout at the Gainesville rate). The reduced monthly rate applies for as long as you hold all included offers. The bonus session that follows the Accelerator includes guest experts curated per cohort and not chosen by request.
Renewal. Monthly offers renew automatically until cancelled. You will receive an email before each renewal.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we retry it and email you. Your subscription remains active and past due rather than cancelled, so we can reach you. If a payment remains unpaid after 60 days we may suspend or cancel access.
Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days notice by email. Your rate will not change mid-period.
Local rate. Reduced pricing for Alachua County residents is offered at our discretion and may require verification of address.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly offers. Cancel anytime through the portal link in any billing email, or by emailing ask@elignewman.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access and any unused sessions for that period. We do not prorate partial months.
The Accelerator. The fee is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase, and also up to 48 hours before the first session, whichever period gives you longer. Once both have passed it is non-refundable, because a cohort seat removes that seat from someone else. If you leave partway through, you may rejoin a future cohort at no additional charge within twelve months, subject to availability.
If we cancel. If we cancel a cohort or cannot deliver sessions you paid for, we refund the unused portion in full.
5. Scheduling, sessions, and no-shows
One-to-one sessions are booked through our scheduling system and must be booked within the calendar month they belong to. Sessions do not roll over, because your monthly fee reserves capacity we hold for you.
Please reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. A session missed without notice, or cancelled inside 24 hours, counts as used. We use judgment for genuine emergencies, because we are people and so are you.
Mentor matching is based on fit, availability, and geography. We do not guarantee a specific mentor, and mentors may change. If a match is not working, tell us and we will re-match you.
Group sessions are not recorded by default. If we record one, we say so in advance.
6. What this is, and what it is not
Our programs are business education, coaching, and mentorship. Eli G Newman has a background in psychology and counseling, and the language of the work sometimes reflects that. Nothing we provide is therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or investment advice. No therapeutic or clinical relationship is created by participating.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or, in the United States, call or text 988.
Mentors share their own experience and opinions. Their views are their own and not ours, and we do not verify or endorse specific business advice given in a session. Decisions about your business remain entirely yours.
No guarantee of results. We do not promise revenue, funding, customers, or any specific business outcome. Anything you read about other participants describes their experience, not a prediction of yours.
7. Confidentiality
What is said in a group room stays in the group room. You agree not to share other participants' business details, personal circumstances, or anything discussed in a session without their permission.
We hold what you tell us in confidence, except where you ask us to share it, where it is needed to make a mentor match, or where the law requires disclosure.
8. Your work and our materials
Your business is yours. Everything you create during or after the program belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership, equity, revenue share, or license in it.
Our materials are ours. Frameworks, worksheets, curriculum, recordings, and the Elign app remain the property of Elignment LLC. Use them for your own business. Please do not resell, republish, or teach them as your own.
Testimonials. If you give us a testimonial or allow us to name you as a participant, you give us permission to use it in our marketing. You can withdraw that permission anytime by emailing us and we will remove it going forward.
9. Students
Mentorship through FAM is free for students at the University of Florida, Santa Fe College, and participating K-12 schools through AI 4 Kids. Student participation is subject to availability and, where a participant is under 18, to the consent and supervision requirements of the school or program through which they participate.
10. Referrals
If you introduce someone who purchases, we may pay a referral fee under the terms in place at the time. Referral fees are paid on money actually collected, not invoiced, and are not owed on refunded purchases.
Buyers pay the same published price whether or not someone referred them. We do not offer or accept different pricing based on who made the introduction.
11. Conduct
We may remove any participant, without refund of the current period, for harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, sharing another participant's confidential information, or conduct that makes the room unsafe for others. This is rare and we would rather talk to you first.
12. Payments and data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card or bank details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to that processing. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of these services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to participate after that means you accept the update. The version in effect when you purchased governs that purchase.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of Alachua County, Florida.
Before filing anything, please email ask@elignewman.com and give us thirty days to make it right. We would rather solve it than litigate it, and we usually can.

The short version
We collect what we need to run the programs and talk to you, and nothing else. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. If you want it deleted, email us and we will delete it.
1. What we collect
You give us: your name, email address, what you tell us you are building, your billing address, and whatever you share in sessions and forms.
We collect automatically: basic visit information such as pages viewed, referring site, and UTM parameters, so we know which channels actually send people. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not build advertising profiles.
We never see: your card number or bank account details. Those go directly to Stripe.
2. Why we collect it
To deliver what you bought, to match you with the right mentor, to send receipts and program communication, to send Elife and program emails you opted into, to understand which channels work, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We use these services, and only for the purpose named:
Stripe for payments and billing. Netlify for hosting and form submissions. EmailOctopus for email lists. TidyCal for scheduling. Google for our own email and documents. Make for connecting these to each other.
Mentors. When we make a Mastermind match, we share the context needed for that mentor to help you well. Mentors agree to keep what you share confidential.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
4. Email
You receive transactional email (receipts, booking confirmations, billing notices) because you bought something. You receive Elife and program email because you opted in, and every one of those carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
5. How long we keep it
Program and session records for as long as you are with us and for three years after, so we can help if you return. Financial records for seven years, as tax law requires. Email list membership until you unsubscribe. Analytics in aggregate, not tied to you personally.
6. Your choices
Email ask@elignewman.com and we will, within 30 days: tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete what we are not legally required to keep, or send you a copy. No account required, no form, no friction. If you are in a place with specific data rights such as the EU, UK, or California, those rights apply and we honor them for everyone regardless.
7. Young people
Our paid programs are for adults. Students participate in free mentorship through their school, university, or AI 4 Kids, and where a participant is under 18 we work through the school or a parent or guardian rather than collecting information directly from the young person. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment details never touch our systems. We limit who can see your information to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you promptly rather than quietly.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect.
